subscription terms and conditions
1.1 We reserve at our discretion the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time. We will update the subscription page if there is any changes. We will notify you of any changes by email but this will not apply to smaller changes. As such, we suggest that you consult periodically this portion of the website so as to check for any changes but please note that your subscription deemed to mean that you have accepted terms and conditions prevail at the time of such usage of the website as implying that you accept the basis upon which we want our website used.
1.2 We dispatch the parcel at a reasonable timescale to prepare the package. All packages are dispatched using Royal Mail second class. We will send you a dispatch email once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse.
1.3 Any return must be in its original unused condition, the whole package must be returned within 14 days. When we receive the parcel from you, we will arrange a full refund for you within 3 working days.
1.4 My Fabric House Ltd do not take or store any information of bank account details. Details are taken by our secure website through Strip payment system. They implement their own SSL encryption technology where My Fabric House Ltd has not control over such security. My Fabric House Ltd will not be responsible for any problems with the transactions. In the event of payment dispute, My Fabric House will liaise with Stripe to resolve them in a timely manner.
1.5 Payment will be deducted automatically by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month. Customers should ensure that there are sufficient funds in their account. Subscribers should update their bank account details accordingly to allow payment to be processed. Any overdue payment shall be settled, otherwise it will result in a debt to My Fabric House Ltd. Customer must notify us immediately should you wish to terminate the subscription service, otherwise you will be charged at the price agreed when you sign up.
1.6 FREE first month subscription is only applicable to new customers only. We can only offer one free subscription for each customer. For example if you order more than 1 subscription plans, you will only receive one subscription for free at the lowest price. My Fabric House Ltd reserve the right to refuse to send out free subscription at our own discretion.
1.7 The address in your subscription account should be updated accordingly if you have recently change your shipping address. My Fabric House is not accountable for any delayed or lost parcels resulting from the failure to notify us in time.
1.8 Please note that we do not colour-match our packages, we selected the items carefully at our discretion depending on seasonal changes.
