Can I join at any time?

Yes you can subscribe at any time. For example if you sign up between 2nd Jan and 31st Jan, your first box will be dispatched around 7th Feb by Royal Mail 2nd class, then you will be charged on 1st March for the second box. (If you sign up on the 1st Jan, your first box will be dispatched around 7th Feb.)

When will I be charged?

Payment will be deducted automatically on the 1st of each month. We take payment through PayWhirl and they use Stripe secure payment, they will notify you once the payment has been made on the 1st of each month.

What information do I need to subscribe?

Very easy! We will need your name, email, address, bank sort code and account number. You will need to create a subscription account (different from My Fabric House account) so that you can see manage your subscription at any time.

Is it secure to make my payment?

We take payment using a secure website with the highest level of encryption. All sensitive details are RSA encrypted, and only communicated over secure channels using military grade encryption. Stripe Payment an Authorised Payment Institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

When will I received the first package?

Since we charge all subscriptions on the 1st of every month, we will send out your first free box in the first week of next calendar month. (For example if you sign up between 2nd Jan and 31st Jan, your will be charged on the 1st Feb, your first box will be dispatched around 7th Feb by Royal Mail 2nd class, then you will be charged on 1st March for the second box.) We will send you a dispatch email when the package has been dispatched.

If I have a different billing address and delivery address, what do I do?

You are normally asked for the billing address to set up the direct debit, if your delivery address is at a different address, please complete the subscription form with the correct shipping address.

Is every package the same?

Every package we sent out is different, so each and every customer will get a complete surprise each month.

How do I upgrade / downgrade the subscription?

Simply login into the subscription account (not My Fabric House account). You can upgrade or downgrade or add another package at any time. We are always here to help if you need anything, email us at subscription@MyFabricHouse.co.uk

How do I cancel the subscription?

Simply login into the subscription account and cancel from there. Please cancel before the payment has been deducted, otherwise your parcel will still be sent out.

How do I return the package?

No fuss return if you do not like the package, simply return to us in its original unused condition within 14 days. The whole package shall be sent and we will arrange a full refund for you when we receive the package. You will need to pay for the return postage.

I am living outside of the UK, can I also subscribe?

Yes, however we cannot offer free postage for international packages. For destinations within the EU, there is an additional £4.99 each month. For destinations outside of the EU, there is an additional £7.95 each month. Please email us at subscription@MyFabricHouse.co.uk to arrange an International subscription.

Can I purchase a 6 months or 12 months gift subscription for someone special?

Yes certainly! Please email us at subscription@MyFabricHouse.co.uk to arrange a package with 6 months or 12 months fixed period. We can amend the plans to suit your needs.

What is the loyalty scheme? Am I eligible to join?

Our new loyalty scheme is effective from 1st July 2016. Any existing customers will get a loyalty stamp each month. We will include a reward voucher every 3 months. £10 subscriptions are excluded from this scheme. My Fabric House Ltd reserve the right to refuse to send out vouchers at our own discretion.
