We are going away for our annual holiday from 02/09/2012 to 26/09/2012. Our last dispatch date before our break is 31/08/2012 (Friday).
What will we be doing?
We are off to get more inspiration and to bring new fabrics and more choices to our lovely customers. The rest of the time we will be taking a short break from our busy daily work.
What happens when we come back?
During that period, we will be updating the look of our website. We will also be collecting fresh ideas for our next issue of our eBrochure featuring some Christmas fabrics and more. I am sure it will be exciting! We will have lots of new fabrics available in Oct 2012, so keep your eye peeled when we come back.
What happens to your orders?
All orders will be accepted as usual while we are away. Before we go away we will make sure the stock level on our website reflects the accurate stock we currently have, so if you place order during our holiday, simply check out as normal and the materials will be reserved for you. We will dispatch your materials from 27/09/2012 onwards. We are very sorry if there is any inconvenience caused. If you have urgent inquiry you may still contact us by CustomerCare@MyFabricHouse.co.uk, we will do our best to help but please understand it takes longer than usual for us to respond to emails as we cannot guarantee 24/7 internet connection abroad. Thank you very much for your understanding.
What happens to your pre-order?
Your pre-order won't be affected, they will be in processed as normal and without delay, we will dispatch all of the pre-order when we are back.
