We offer FREE UK delivery for all orders. Please note that there is a minimum order of £5.00 per order.
All goods are normally dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds subject to stock availability. If the item(s) is out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Please see our delivery schedule below for delivery services that are currently available.
Please allow for up to 2 working days for orders to be dispatched. Depending on the number of orders received on the day, most orders received before 5pm will normally be dispatched the following working day. For instance, if you made your order at noon on Wednesday, your order will normally be dispatched on Thursday. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track the status of your order by logging into the My Account section of the website. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Standard Delivery is FREE and your order will be sent out via Royal Mail in most instances. It will take 4-5 working days to deliver. Order tracking is not available for this delivery option, so please allow for a maximum of 15 working days for your delivery to arrive. Free delivery applies to UK postal addresses, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses.
First Class Delivery is £1.00 and your order usually takes 3-4 working days to arrive.
First Class Recorded Delivery is £2.30 and your order usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive. You will be provided with a tracking numnber to track your order progress online. A signature will be required on receipt.
Priority Signed Delivery is £7.00 and a signature is required by the recipient. If you order by 5pm, Monday to Friday, your order will normally be dispatched the following day and you should expect to receive your parcel the following day. If you order anytime before Saturday 5pm, you will receive your parcel on the following Monday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches our carrier, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. (Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.)
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
International Airmail Delivery (Europe including Ireland) costs £4.99 delivered to European countries including Ireland (without postcode). The delivery times varies from 7-10 working days. This service is not trackable.
International Airmail Delivery (US and Rest of the World) costs £7.95. For customers living outside the UK, please select 'International Airmail' as the delivery option on checkout. The delivery normally takes 10-20 working days for rest of the world to arrive by air.
Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the custom charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that we only ship to selected countries at the moment.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. The parcel will not be considered 'lost' by the courier service until 10 working days has passed. If you are experiencing any delays or problems with your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team using the contact form. and we will respond to your email as soon as we can. Note that the delivery times may be affected during Christmas and postal strikes.
Tracking your Orders
We regret that there is no tracking service available for order sent with 'FREE' standard Royal Mail delivery; however you can check the status of your order by logging into the My Account section of the website.
Orders dispatched by courier using Recorded Delivery and Next Day Delivery are trackable online. Once we dispatched your parcel, you will be provided with a tracking number to track the progress online.
